Choosing Wisely Australia came to Australia in 2015, funded by Safer Care Victoria and NPS Medicinewise.
To help patients prepare for their appointments and help empower them to ask questions, NPS MedicineWise created the 5 Questions brochure.
At Northern Health we encourage consumers to get involved in their healthcare management. Servicing a very diverse and multicultural population, we appreciate that the 5 Questions are available in 12 other languages!
