Are Rapid Antigen Tests available from Northern Health?

Northern Health do not supply Rapid Antigen Tests to the public.

I haven’t received my COVID-19 test results and it has been 72 hours.

If you have not received your results within 48 hours, please email NPVinfo.NHS@nh.org.au with your full name, date of birth and best contact details, 8.30am to 4.30pm daily. Please note, no results will be released over the phone.

I have had my COVID Vaccination but my status is not visible in MyGov.

If it has been more than a week since your COVID Vaccination, please contact COVIDVaccinationCertificateEnquiries@nh.org.au.
Within the email, please include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Vaccine Type
  • Medicare Number / IHI Number
  • Date of Dose/s
  • Contact Number

Please be aware it can take up to a week for this status to be published on MyGov.
