All non-Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registered Allied Health Clinicians are required to complete the Northern Health Allied Health Credentialing Statutory Declaration (see link below) with all statutory declarations updated by 30 November each year. This will be monitored and documents uploaded to CGov.
Staff completing a Statutory Declaration when commencing post  1 October, will not be required to resubmit that year.
