  • You should be aware of your healthcare rights and receiving care that is of high quality and is safe. If staff have not shown you a copy of the Charter of Healthcare Rights please ask them to discuss it with you or give you a copy.
  • If you don’t speak English and require assistance please let the staff know and they may arrange for an interpreter to see you.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with the care we have provided and you wish to make a complaint, phone our Patient Experience Officer on 9076 8001.
