2027 Programs
Recruitment to our 2027 programs is now underway. We are excited to be offering a wide range of options for RN and RM candidates and look forward to meeting students of nursing and midwifery at university and trade events over the coming months.

About Our Programs
Here at Northern Health, our teams of Clinical Support Nurses & Midwives facilitate the transition from student to graduate, by providing day-to-day bedside support, backed up with reflection opportunity and theoretical training. Graduates are provided the opportunity to consolidate skills and knowledge, integrate theory to practice and develop professional and clinical skills. Our programs are structured and clinically focused, aimed to engage learners and empower staff.

EN Graduate Program
About the EN Program
The Northern Health Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program will facilitate your transition to practice by providing you with opportunities to consolidate your skills and knowledge, integrate theory to practice and further develop your professional and clinical skills through a structured, clinically focused program.
The program is a 12-month supported employment model in which successful applicants will be employed on a part time basis (0.8EFT) within the Northern Hospital, Broadmeadows Hospital or Bundoora Centre.
We are excited to announce that our Graduate Enrolled Nurse Program will commence on the 25th of May 2026, however applications have now closed.
We are currently reviewing all candidates and will be in touch soon.
