Telehealth consultations are not the same as face-to-face appointments with the lack of a physical exam. Your doctor will inform you of what to do if further information is required.
Technical issues could impact the quality of the appointment.
A small risk of data breach exists. However, Northern Health only uses recommended technology compliant with Privacy Law to protect your information.
You can opt out of the consultation at any time without affecting your right to healthcare.
