Patients attending Chronic Renal Dialysis at Broadmeadows spend approximately 3 hours having their treatment. The time can go quite slowly so it is always nice to have some friendly faces around the Unit. Volunteers who assist in this area make the patients a refreshment and spend time chatting with them.
