Northern Health's two libraries service the information and research needs of all Northern Health staff.
 
The Bundoora Extended Care Centre (BECC) Library specialises in aged care, ageing and rehabilitation resources. The Northern Hospital Library specialises in medical, surgical, nursing and allied health resources.

Both libraries offer an extensive collection of books, journals and audio-visual holdings as well as:

• Reference inquiry and document supply services
• Access to online databases and electronic journals
• Word processing and internet facilities
• Reading and study areas
• Library orientation and information retrieval training sessions
• A monthly bulletin and current awareness service
