Northern Health Continuing Care Graduate Nurse Program

The Northern Health Continuing Care Graduate Nurse Program offers graduates experience in fields of nursing that are rapidly expanding.

Whether it be in the compassionate and richly rewarding field of palliative care, the collaborative area of rehabilitation or the complex specialty of aged care, the skills you gain in your time with us will always be in demand.

The Northern Health Continuing Care Graduate Nurse Program is delivered across two campuses - Broadmeadows Health Service (BHS) and Bundoora Extended Care Centre (BECC).

Our emphasis is on quality not quantity- with smaller graduate numbers you will receive individualised learning oppurtunities in a friendly supportive environment.
