House With NO Reserve For Hospital
 

The Northern Hospital will receive all proceeds from the auction of a house and land package in the Aurora/Epping North estate on Saturday, September 13^th.

The Minister for Planning, Justin Madden, recently launched The Northern Hospital Charity House Auction 2008 alongside young Carlton stars Bryce Gibbs and Matthew Kreuzer.

Northern Health CEO, Dr Andrew Perrignon, said VicUrban and Orbit Homes, along with their suppliers, have combined to donate a house – which will be auctioned without a reserve price.

“This is the fourth House & Land project for The Northern Hospital thanks to the generosity of VicUrban, Orbit Homes and their suppliers,” Dr Perrignon said.

“The house will be sold on September 13^th and because there is no reserve price the opportunity exists for someone to pick up a real bargain.”

“Previous House & Land projects have combined to raise more than $1 million for The Northern Hospital and we certainly hope the community again supports this terrific initiative,” he said.

The four bedroom, 34 square Orbit Homes house is The Northwood design and located at 134 Redding Rise in VicUrban’s Aurora Estate, Epping North.

“On behalf of Northern Health, The Northern Hospital and our patients I would like to thank VicUrban, Orbit Homes and their suppliers for again allowing this auction to be possible,” Dr Perrignon said.

“It is also fantastic to have the support of Carlton Football Club, the State Government and Stockdale & Leggo – Epping and we look forward to the house being sold in September.”

“All of the money raised through the sale will go directly to The Northern Hospital and help us to provide even better care to the community in Melbourne’s northern suburbs,” he said.

The Northern Hospital Charity House Auction 2008 will take place at 11:30am on Saturday, September 13th at 134 Redding Rise, Epping North (off Harvest Home Rd).
