Maternity and Women's Health provides a comprehensive range of women's health services. The Unit provides 9 Birthing Suites, 28 Obstetric/Gynaecology beds, and a 16 cot Level 2 Special Care Nursery.
The Unit facilitates 1800-2000 births annually.
It also provides Antenatal Education, Pregnancy Assessment Day Stay Service, Diabetic Clinic, Domiciliary Care, Neonatal Hospital in the Home (HITH), Lactation and Breastfeeding Service, Breastfeeding Day Stay and Young Mums Clinic.
