These arrangements may consist of community-based rehabilitation, home therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, additional support services in the home, and community nursing.

The multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team providing person-centred care consists of Rehabilitations Specialists, Medical Staff, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians, Social Workers, Diabetic Educators, Pharmacists, Speech pathologists, Neuro-psychologists, and Interpreting services.

Tailored to the Rehabilitation Unit is an exciting Graduate Nurse rotation.  The Program aims to provide the Graduate Nurse with the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to enable them to gain a view of the specialist-nursing field of Rehabilitation.

The rotation is achieved through a well-balanced composition of theoretical and competency-based clinical support provided by preceptors, senior nurses and clinical support nurse.
