VicUrban and Orbit Homes have combined for the fourth time to donate a magnificent house & land package to be publicly auctioned. All proceeds from the winning bid will be donated to Northern Health, to directly benefit the care of our patients.
This year's property is now open for inspection in Redding Rise, part of the new Aurora estate, just north of The Northern Hospital at Epping. It will go under the hammer at a no-reserve auction at 11.30am on September 13th. |

The first three auctions, for properties in Roxburgh Park, raised more than $1.1 million for The Northern Hospital.
The Northern Hospital's Dinner & Auction
With the support of sponsors, donors and guests, The Northern Hospital holds an annual fundraising dinner and auction night each June. The 2007 event attracted almost 500 guests and raised nearly $120,000 towards equipment used in delicate eye surgery. The popularity of this event has grown so much that tickets routinely sell out well in advance, attracting more than three times the number of people who attended the first such night only six years ago.
The dinner represents a great chance for local people and businesses to make a real difference to their community, in a convivial atmosphere at the Plenty Ranges Arts & Convention Centre. Our guests tell us the night is also invaluable as a business networking opportunity!
