To change or cancel your appointment please contact the location named in your appointment letter.

Our staff will assist you to cancel or change your appointment to a more suitable date. It is important to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice as this also allows another person to have your unwanted appointment.

Please have your appointment letter in hand and include the UR number (top right hand corner) in all communication

When cancelling an appointment, if you do not provide 24 hours’ notice you will be recorded as failing to attend the appointment and you may be discharged.

If you fail to attend two consecutive appointments without adequate reason or notice you will be discharged and no further appointments will be offered.
