Intake Unit 

The Intake Unit is the single point of entry into Broadmeadows Health Service (BHS).

The Unit Provides advice on resources within the Hume and Moreland areas.

Provides bed management of the Rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) Units. Works with the acute hospitals to ensure that patients have the best care. Assesses referrals and delegates the most appropriate BHS service.
