Hand Therapy Service

The Hand Therapy Service provides hand assessment and therapy to maximise hand function following hand injury, surgery, or disease. Treatments include: 

• Swelling control
• Scar management
• Splinting
• Desensitization & Sensory re-education
• Range of motion & strengthening programs for the hand
• Advice on hand function and return to work may also be offered.
• Pain management following hand injury.
• This service does not cater for neurological patients. (Musculoskeletal only)
