All referrals forwarded to Northern Health Community Outreach Services are triaged to ensure that clients are referred to the most appropriate service and that referrals are responded to according to priority.

Zed Med - go to www.zedmed.com.au & navigate to 'clinical templates', at the top is a link to document importing instructions, at the bottom a link to the VSRF
Genie - go to 'create a referral letter' icon which takes you to the Genie website & steps you through the download/import process.
